On my day trip around Puget Sound, I was given the chance to ride on Nemo. He's not small and I had trouble sitting on him without falling off.

Seattle - on the ferry

I took a boat trip last week across Puget Sound, Seattle with my friend Daniel. In the background you can see the famous Seattle Space Needle. Seattle is often cold and windy and I don't have a coat.

Little Jimmy goes sledding

Wow, I've been travelling for a long time. Contrary to popular belief, I've not been kidnapped but have spent the last 6 months in Germany.

During my time there, I went skiing for the first time. Here is a picture of me on a sledge in Germany - I've got more pictures to post later but here's a quick one.

I love to sled really quickly as it feels great to have the wind rushing past, ruffling my plastic hair on my little, plastic head.

Little Jimmy was last seen on Sunday 17th August in Sweden. His friends are keen to discover his whereabouts.

Jimmy is described as 8 inches tall, wearing a black tuxedo with white shirt and black bow tie, black shoes and is made of plastic.

He was last seen with a tall, blonde German calling himself "Daniel" and a lady companion calling herself "Nicole" who were seen heading in the direction of Arlanda airport.

A reward is offered for his safe return though no ransom demand has been received.

Wow I just got back from a great weekend seeing my alter ego, Jimmy the Dwarf, get married to the lovely Carola.

Well, I wanted transport and I have found some - this does 40mph and is powered by nitromethane. It is also just the right size for little Jimmy.

The problem with airports

There are times when it is convenient being tiny but the amount of walking you have to do when you are just 18cm tall is immense in an airport.

What I really need is some transport!!

Yes, it is true - size really does matter. All these enormous people sitting there grumbling about legroom and tiny aeroplane seats. I am 18cm tall so I have all the legroom I need.

Bored at the airport

Hi All,
Airport lounges are boring, aren't they? Here is me sitting in the airport lounge without so much as a laptop to occupy my time. The Exec Club Lounge wanted a card in my name before they would allow me entry, but I'm only 18cm tall - where am I going to keep one?

I was going to Russia next week but the sensible contingent suggested that I stay here otherwise anyone accompanying me may get the surgical glove treatment.

Today's picture shows me outside Independence Hall in Philadelphia. What a great piece of architecture, this building was constructed between 1732 and 1753 which is an amazing tea break or one of the greatest pieces of "Mmm, we *can* do that Sir, but its going to take a few days extra" ever created.

The Declaration of Independence was adopted and the Constitution of the United States was drafted and signed here. When I visited there was a display containing three pages of the constitution and no flash photography was allowed despite the pages being "Twentieth Century facsimilies" according to my guide.

The Liberty Bell

The Liberty Bell is in the centre of Philadelphia and is a symbol for peace throughout the world.

It is also indoors and I only had my tuxedo. Here is a photo of me with the bell.

It was cold enough to freeze the brass bells off a Jimmy.

How I got my name

When I grow up I want to be Jimmy Andersson, he's great and at birth had his unhappiness gene amputated. He can't even get sad, except when Italian restaurants run out of cabernet sauvignon.

When Jimmy Andersson grows up he wants to be tall.

Champagne and its effects

Oh dear. Not long into Mark and Laura's wedding and already the reputation I have to live up to as a stand in ("I'm already standing") for the real Jimmy Andersson is starting to get me down.

Just one glass of champagne and the effects are being felt. Though in my defence, each glass of champagne I have is big enough for a bath.

The real Jimmy must practice a lot...

Hi, my name is Little Jimmy and I am 18 centimetres tall. My first social engagement was to be a stand in for Jimmy the Swede while he was busy being Best Man. Naturally I took to this task like a fish to water, or more closely, a Jimmy to champagne.

In fact, here is a picture of my first ever glass of champagne.
